Use of this website

This website describes an independent supply chain and logistics consulting practice. The firm is not a freight operator, warehouse, customs broker or financial services licensee. Material on the site is for general information. It is not a quote, a tender response, or legal, customs, tax or financial advice. You should take advice for your own facts before you act.

Case studies are anonymised accounts of the kind of work we do. Client names, brands and commercial figures are not published. Insights are operating views of the practice. They are not a substitute for a scoped engagement. Company facts (legal name, office address and email) identify the firm.

Engagements

Advisory work is performed only under a written engagement between you and LOGISTICS ADVISORY PTY LTD. Sending an email, using the contact page, or submitting a brief does not create a client relationship and does not oblige us to take the file. We decide whether we can take work after we have read the brief. Fees, scope, exclusions and handover are set in the engagement letter. Until that letter is signed, no advisory duty arises from this website.

We do not receive commission from operators we may name in a recommendation. You keep the commercial decision and you sign any supplier contract. Write to info@logisticsadv.com.au. We reply during Queensland business hours from Seventeen Mile Rocks.

Accuracy

We take care with company facts (name, address, email). Commentary on policy, markets and operating practice can date. Check the current position, and the current legislation, before you rely on an article. We may change pages without notice. The version of these terms on this website is the current one.

Material you send

A contact message or brief remains yours. We use it to reply and, if we are engaged, to scope the work. Sending a brief does not grant us a licence to publish your commercial information. Case studies on this site are anonymised and are not your file. Do not send material you are not entitled to disclose.
